Yes, folks! Communist Cow has returned to Juliana Talks Incoherently after a long absence, due to the limited number of hats that willl fit a stuffed cow. This is Communist Cow with a sock on his head. It looks more like a winter hat if you ask me. He was pretty cooperative about it. He says it's comfortable.
